Whether it’s a twenty-pound bird or sweet potatoes mixed with marshmallows, surely everyone at the table will tell you of a thanksgiving dish they can’t do without. So why not make it the feast it should be? Imagine the smile on the faces of your guests after the meal.
Content guests mean a happier you.In fact, the quality to satisfy and feel satisfied is a natural part of our being, and when we create a feeling of contentment around us, we not only please others but also help ourselves. The third energy center deals with peace and satisfaction. If we are miserly or worry too much, this center is obstructed, and we feel troubled and agitated. But if we bring satisfaction around us, this center is nourished and we automatically feel content.
Thanksgiving is the perfect opportunity to experience the qualities of the third center (Nabhi chakra). So leave any worries behind and cook up a great meal for your friends, families and neighbors.
