Mostly now, I reach the thoughtless awareness state with almost every session but it's still taking me 30 to 40 minutes to get there--i.e. I'm still in full training mode. I've just started a blog as a way of sharing my experience also, in addition to having written about my training method in a book called Meditation - A Primer For The Primate. My method and view are a little unconventional but they are what I've found to work for me.
Wishing you emptiness always.
