Try to get up between 4a.m. to 6a.m. in the morning. At that time lever is ta peace so it is easy to meditate. Moreover sit on Mother Earth once in a day and love her from your heart she will give you peace. :)) Have a good day

I have been meditating for 8 years now, and it has totally changed my personality for the better. You will not be wasting your time by learning to meditate. This organization (Sahaja Yoga) does an excellent job of guiding you and giving you love and support.

I hope you all enjoy some success with meditation – never give up. You were born to do this!
