(La Pampa, Argentina) Practitioners of Sahaja Yoga in Argentina has organized Music of Joy show which combines singing, dance and Sahaja Yoga Meditation, in two theaters of the city with the attendance of 1800 people.
The first presentation was held at the University of La Pampa, attracting a turnout of 600 people. On the second day, 1,200 people attended the outdoor performance. The audience included people of all ages and religious backgrounds, all intrigued by the depth of this universal experience and the high quality performances. Music of Joy concerts are always free of charge, everywhere in the world.
The artists were also interviewed on radio shows, on which they performed live music for listeners and guided them through simple meditations. An uncountable number of people experienced the peace and joy of this unique meditation over the airwaves.
“Music of joy” is a show based on music and dance, mainly in traditional Indian style. It includes an introduction to Sahaja Yoga principles, the human subtle system and the universal experience of Self-Realization. The attendants are also introduced to Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, the founder of Sahaja Yoga, and the experience of spontaneous kundalini awakening.
Free Sahaja Yoga Meditation classes started only one year ago in this city of Argentina. However, there is already a growing group of established practitioners, who had organized these wonderful presentations.

Nice to see that people have such a great interest in Indian classical in Argentina. Also music is a nice medium for introducing people to their inner spirit.
Meditation can be an effective form of stress reduction and has the potential to improve quality of life and decrease health care costs. Meditation involves achieving a state of 'thoughtless awareness' in which the excessive stress producing activity of the mind is neutralized without reducing alertness and effectiveness.
If you have little or no experience with meditation, "Our Online Meditation Course" will get you up and started quickly and easily.
