(Galicia, Spain) After a long period of work and preparation, Sahaja Yoga practitioners in Spain have officially created and registered a new non-profit organization named as DEVI.
This endeavor aims to bring the benefits of Sahaja Yoga to various communities. Taught always free of charge, the experience of Sahaja Yoga has been proved highly effective in the betterment of the individual’s quality of life, specially his/her inner well-being.

The Foundation will direct its activity towards specific groups of people, including:

– Prison population.

– Drug addicts and people with different addictions (tobacco, alcohol, gambling, etc).

– People with illnesses and ailments.

– Immigrants.

– Women facing gender violence and social discrimination.

– Students facing stress and depression.

– Professionals facing stress and depression, in particular professionals in the health care and educational sectors

– Children facing Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

– Elders

The headquarters of the DEVI Foundation will be located in Galicia, a province in the northwest region of Spain. Over the coming months, the Foundation will begin its various projects.
