Sahaja Yoga Chakra Chart DiagramAbout Sahaja Yoga Meditation:
Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation based on an experience called self realization (kundalini awakening) that can occur within a person. Inner transformation takes places which unites, balances, and integrates inner qualities aided by thoughtless awareness (silence of the mind), the rising of kundalini, and the chakra system.Medical benefits physically, emotionally, and mentally can be derived from Sahaja Yoga such as stress reduction, improved sleep, inner calm and peace, and much more.

Recently, we have developed and offered a Life De-Stress Program for Youth, mental health initiative to assist youth in their personal growth. Further, our organization has given self realizations to various schools throughout many school boards. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is partnered with the UNESCO Centre for Peace, and our Halton team is a genuine and dynamic promoter of inner peace, which spreads in a natural and sustainable way. Many government, community organizations and private institutions have received self realization.
