Now, all you have to do is to turn up your speaker’s volume and play one of the videos. Shri Mataji will first explain and show the basic steps of the meditation. Then you will be asked to close your eyes and go through this simple meditation.
Now after watching the video, please go to the following section.
Now, after your Kundalini awakening, see if you are feeling relaxed and if your thoughts have slowed down or gradually disappeared. This is the first stage of meditation – thoughtless awareness – where you are fully alert but without thoughts, in a state of pure and peaceful consciousness. Next, see if you can feel a sensation of a gentle cool breeze flowing out of your palms and the top of your head. It could be a warm breeze in the beginning, which is a sign that your Kundalini energy is purifying your chakras, but it will eventually cool down. You can verify it by placing your left palm 2 to 3 inches above your head, then trying the same with the right palm.
Now play the meditation music and try to sit in thoughtless state for a couple of minutes by keeping your full attention on top of your head. Try and see for yourself.

If you don’t feel any change in your awareness after this meditation, then don’t be disheartened and do try again. It sometimes take a while for the Kundalini to push aside the obstructions hindering it’s ascent.
If you did experience the deep peace and joy of Kundalini awakening and/or the flow of cool energy in the hands or at the top of the head, it’s important to know the value of this experience.
This is the beginning of a fantastic journey into your own spiritual existence. It is a door opened to a new dimension of your awareness, which you can explore. If sustained through regular meditation, you will be able to feel your subtle centers (chakras), as well as the chakras of others, on your fingertips, and correct them using your spiritual energy (Kundalini).
We invite you to join our online meditation course where you will learn and practice more about meditation.

Meditation can be an effective form of stress reduction and has the potential to improve quality of life and decrease health care costs. Meditation involves achieving a state of 'thoughtless awareness' in which the excessive stress producing activity of the mind is neutralized without reducing alertness and effectiveness.
If you have little or no experience with meditation, "Our Online Meditation Course" will get you up and started quickly and easily.
