Sahaja Yoga improved my short story

I was able to figure out what I needed to write for a short story after meditating and listening to music meant to stimulate the Swadisthan chakra (associated with creativity). The words just seemed to flow after I meditated. I can’t believe how effective Sahaja meditation is!
