I was and still i am inspired by devotedness of the Sahaj Yogis who are offering their time and energy to teach great meditation techniques for free and give realization to seekers. Sahaj Yoga has certainly helped me improve. If you don’t buy into what i say, come try it. But make sure you practice it at least for a month sincerely.
