Before Sahaja Yoga, I didn’t know the meaning of my life. I had many problems such as drinking, smoking, tension. My children had difficulties in their studies. My life was in the depth of darkness. But now, all my problems are solved. From the first day of Sahaja Yoga, I gave up drinking and smoking and all my problems began disappearing. It gives to me thoughtless awareness. Now I am very happy to say that I am a Sahaja Yogi.
