It was during my college days that I was introduced to Sahaja Yoga Meditation. Since then I had been foot-soaking and trying to meditate on and off, but it seems that I wasn’t doing it correctly. Now after so many years I feel that I understand Sahaja Yoga, although there is still so much to learn and the knowledge is immense.
Today I feel that meditation is about surrendering to the Holy Spirit and surrendering everything from the heart.
I use to ask our Holy Mother every day to please do this for me, please give this to me and those prayers had no end. But now when I completely surrender to the Holy Spirit, I don’t need to say or ask anything.
Surrender means that this body is not yours, whatever happens to it is with the Holy Spirit’s approval and, if you really trust the Holy spirit, you don’t have to worry about anything. Right now when I am writing this I am full of vibrations. We are so powerful, by God’s grace, we just need to know our power for the whole of mankind The power of our desire is so strong and effective especially when it is selfless.
Actually, people normally ask me why selfless desires work more effectively. The only answer I can get to this is that God created all of us as one and always wanted us to stay as one, united and caring for each other. So the moment that we show that we care for anybody, God becomes happy and the universal supernatural power starts to work. I feel that I am so lucky and blessed to get the opportunity to know and practise Sahaja Yoga Meditation.
