FREEDOM AND LIBERATION is the work of young director, Carolin Dassel, who shows the many stages of this adventurous life in a very subtle way. The timeless impressions and beautiful music, as well as the original locations and archival material, combine to produce an atmosphere of meditative authenticity.

The film will be shown nationally and internationally during 2008, having premiered in Germany in 2007.

    This is really a beautiful documentary that takes a real care to tell the story of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi and includes some very frank interviews. The quality, scope and calibre of this film is very high.
