To learn how to be in the moment of calmness and peace in this hectic world of ours. Very nice to actually stop our thinking even if it is for a little bit at the time to balance ourselves.

Be in the moment of calmness

There were skeptics and enlightened ppl at the meet. If you want to know what you need to do to find “yourself” (i.e. know the self,) this is an effortless way to educate yourself – at no cost!

You need to find “yourself”

Very nice meditation. It really helped establishing balance and feel the cool vibrations.

Establishing balance

I was and still i am inspired by devotedness of the Sahaj Yogis who are offering their time and energy to teach great meditation techniques for free and give realization to seekers. Sahaj Yoga has certainly helped me improve. If you don’t buy into what i say, come try it. But make sure you practice it at least for a month sincerely.

I am inspired

What a peaceful meditation. I’m thoroughly enjoying this course – so worthwhile.

Peaceful meditation

Thank you for this website. I have been looking for this for a long time. Due to choices that I have made in my life I do not feel at peace or at one with myself, I use to but it has been a long time. I am ready to forgive myself and others. I look forward to healing myself and becoming my true self.

Becoming the true Self

Meditation can be an effective form of stress reduction and has the potential to improve quality of life and decrease health care costs. Meditation involves achieving a state of 'thoughtless awareness' in which the excessive stress producing activity of the mind is neutralized without reducing alertness and effectiveness.
