I was able to figure out what I needed to write for a short story after meditating and listening to music meant to stimulate the Swadisthan chakra (associated with creativity). The words just seemed to flow after I meditated. I can’t believe how effective Sahaja meditation is!

The rising of the Kundalini is her nature. Her touching of Sahasrara is a very important point. If she does not touch it, the grace does not come within us.
What Shri Mataji did and continues to do relentlessly and tirelessly is helping to bring about our own personal transformation and to raise our awareness to a higher level.
Sahasrara is the uppermost energy center which is located at the limbic area of the brain. When Kundalini pierces this area, one achieves enlightenment or Self-realization.
