This is an amazing website. Not only is it easy for those to remember it and pass it on to others it is so informative and easy to find information. When I read through different areas and read about peoples journeys and stories it feels like we are all connected. Everyone has found Sahaja Yoga because we have all been in “search” of something in our lives. I just love everything about it. Thank you to those who have spent a lot of time and effort producing this web sight and keeping it updated!

I just love everything about it

Leaving all thought alone and not thinking while awake is important. It would assist in diminishing stress and calming the mind. And it’s FREE.

Leaving all thought alone

It’s amazing how your life can change for the better in seconds, that 10 seconds of self realization changed my whole world. It’s truely a blessing everyday to be able to enjoy each and every second, its only natural to be out of words while describing your experince in Sahaja Yoga, so much blessing, so much joy, so much peace, nothing compare it nothing.

10 seconds of Self Realization changed my whole world

I am just in the beginning, but already feel sincere gratitude for all people investing their resources to help other learn meditation. Your site is wonderful!

Wonderful!

Thank you for this website. I have been looking for this for a long time. Due to choices that I have made in my life I do not feel at peace or at one with myself, I use to but it has been a long time. I am ready to forgive myself and others. I look forward to healing myself and becoming my true self.

Becoming the true Self

What is Yoga? It’s nothing more than taking your attention to your Spirit.

Meditation can be an effective form of stress reduction and has the potential to improve quality of life and decrease health care costs. Meditation involves achieving a state of 'thoughtless awareness' in which the excessive stress producing activity of the mind is neutralized without reducing alertness and effectiveness.
