The 21th of March 1923 has a significant meaning for many of us who get to know HH Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi – the founder of Sahaja Yoga. Being a mother, grandmother and a spiritual master, Shri Mataji has intensely and tirelessly worked for the inner spiritual evolution of the mankind. Travelled country by country, held thousands of public lectures and above all gave us the most precious gift of Self-realization – the key to inner transformation.
Today millions of seekers are thankful to Shri Mataji and every year celebrate her birthday on the 21st of March with great joy and gratitude.
On the occasion of Shri Mataji’s 87th birthday celebrations in Cabella-Italy this year, President Barack Obama and other dignitaries from around the world sent letters of felicitations in recognition of a life dedicated to the emancipation of mankind.
