Wherever you choose to meditate, we suggest that it be a relatively quiet place, without any air draughts, where you can sit comfortably on a chair or on the floor. It is okay to stay in front of your computer as well.
You may want to light a small candle in front of you.
Let’s keep our hands stretched open, palms facing upwards, resting on our lap.
You may close your eyes or gaze at the candle flame in front of you.
Let’s begin by watching our breathing and letting go of our thoughts, as we practised in Part 1, Calming the mind and attention.
Keeping our left hand open, palm facing upwards, resting on our lap, let’s put our right hand on the heart.
Every time we breathe out, let’s feel our heart relaxing a bit more.
Whenever we sit down to meditate, let’s see that we carry a very sincere feeling in our heart. A very sincere feeling towards ourselves.
Our true self resides in our heart. We are not the past, the future, our mental concepts or emotional attachments.
Allow the silence to settle into you. Surrender all your thoughts to your spirit.
Open your heart to your spirit.
As you keep your attention on the heart, notice that meditation should not make us feeling cold and empty inside. True meditation gives us nourishment in the heart.
If you are feeling joyful and peace in your heart, then you have been able to get in touch with your spirit.
Enjoy this feeling for a little bit longer, while listening to this meditative music.

Very very soothing. Taking us near our Holy Mother very fast. Thanks.
The site nice site and I am a news meditate. It is actually the practice to relief your mind by pushing out all the thoughts and thinking and focusing completely on a point, whatever it can be. But it’s just the concept yet.
